In the AI-agentic era, supervision is what turns execution into progress.

Fractional CTO support for early-stage founders navigating the 0→1 phase.
PhD in Physics. Techstars alumnus.

What I help with

Making early technical decisions when everything still feels possible

Deciding when no-code is enough — and when it becomes a trap

Keeping AI systems simple, understandable, and reversible

Supporting founders who want speed without future regret

How I work

The work starts with thinking together — clarifying constraints, mapping out what matters, and making sense of the trade-offs before jumping into building. Implementation support is possible, but always intentional, scoped, and bounded. The goal is to help you move forward with clarity, not to create dependencies.

About

Profile

I'm Gabriele. I work as a fractional CTO with early-stage founders who are building with AI and trying to make sense of a lot of powerful tools, fast.

I have a PhD in Physics and I'm a Techstars alumnus. I've worked in pre-seed and accelerator environments where decisions are made quickly, resources are limited, and the cost of early mistakes is high.

I enjoy the early phase where things are still open, but choices start to matter. My role is to help founders slow down just enough to choose wisely, keep systems understandable, and build things they won't regret in a few months.

Outside of work, I care about embodiment, movement, and music. I believe good technical decisions are easier to make when people are grounded and not operating from constant urgency.
